Post Graduation Diploma in Energy Management (PGDEM)

Introduction to Energy Management:
This program was developed keeping in mind the requirements of energy and power sector. It's a 15-month Executive Diploma in Energy Management for working executives in power utilities, in collaboration with Ministry of Power, Government of India.

Objectives of the course:
· To discuss the salient features of various functional areas of management
· To facilitate awareness, understanding and implementation of key provisions of various enactments relating to power sector
· To select, train, and develop the best talent available in power sector units so that one can meet the challenge of developing and managing our power sector in India.

Duration: 15 months course

Eligibility:
· The Eligibility for the course is Graduation in any discipline recognised by AIU/AICTE
· Minimum 5 years of post qualification executive work experience in the power sector
· Age not more than 45 years.

Admission procedure:
· Multiple-choice type screening test
· Candidates qualifying in the test will have to appear for interview


Fees for the Course:
The fee for the course is approx Rs.4,16,000/
