Common Proficiency Test (CPT) for Chartered Accountancy goes online

· Institute of chartered Accountancy of India (ICAI’s) entrance test goes online for the first time, in 11 cities this December.
· ICAI plans to hold it online on 7th December.
· The centres are, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Nagpur.
· Online Registration will take place from October 6th to 26th or when all seats for the online CPT are filled.
· According to ICAI students can choose only one option- either the online test, or the paper-based one scheduled for December 14th
