Duration: Two-year Graduate International Programme

Main features of the course:

·  The two years are divided into eight-month modules which one will spend working in three different business units such as the US, China, India, Singapore, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, the UK and Denmark.

·  As a Graduate one will work in one of Vestas’ three career tracks; Specialist, Project Management and Management During each of the three modules, one will take part in challenging projects working with different managers and colleagues from around the world.

·  During the 4 global training camps, students will develop personal competences and strengthen your future career profile

 

Eligibility:

·  One needs a master’s degree in Business or Engineering.

·  The specific path of study the student has taken must match the position for which he/she is applying.

 

Placement / Career Path:

The global recruitment process for the Graduate Programme consists of two rounds.

1. The first round will be an assessment seminar. The seminar will consist of:

·  Presentation skills

·  Casework

·  Tests

2. Second round is a personal interview. The interview will be conducted as a normal job interview.

 

How to Apply

·  The Graduate Programme starts-up twice a year in March and September.

·  Recruitment for the Graduate Team starting 1 March 2009 in the following countries:

     Asia, Denmark, Europe, US  

·  One can only apply for a position in a country, where one holds a valid work or residence permit (not applicable for Europeans inside Europe).

·  In order to be assessed for a Graduate position, one needs to send their motivated application relevant to the position, CV/resume and latest university papers showing the grades. All documents must be in English. Applications are received through the recruitment system.
